Area Operations Manager
You’ll be the manager of numerous sites in one particular area – you’ll ensure continuity between the sites and bring collected data back to head office
Job Summary
- Be responsible for the operational aspects
- Ensure the business runs smoothly, sales and costs are on target, and problems dealt with promptly
- Handle menu developments and work with suppliers to find new products
- Ensure that every stage of preparation and service follows the company's procedures for preventing cross contamination, temperature control and the maximum time for displaying food for sale
- Recruit restaurant managers and their deputies, and regularly appraise their performance

Salary Expectations
An Area Operations Manager can earn between £25,000 and £50,000 a year.
