You’ll be responsible for the management of the kitchen team to guarantee stand-out meals

Job Summary

  • Typically, provide between 30 and 80 main meals a day, plus morning and afternoon snacks and drinks
  • Plan the menus, order the food, and check deliveries
  • Administrative tasks such as staff time sheets, invoices, stock sheets, and reports on numbers of meals served and cash takings
  • Provide the catering of a high standard, and within the budget agreed with the client

Qualifications and Training

You will need a significant experience and ideally some related qualifications. If you wish to move up the career ladder you may want to look into Hospitality related BTECs and further study in College

Salary Expectations

A Cellar Manager can expect to earn between £16,000 and £35,000 a year
