Tell us about yourself
I have previously worked at hotels and restaurants but I wanted to know more about the sourcing and preparation of meat which is served to guests, so I took up a work experience placement with Fairfax Meadow.
Since getting involved with Springboard has your life changed?
After a few days of work experience at Fairfax Meadow (which was set up by Springboard after I attended the Future Chef London Regional Final 2016), I now have a much greater knowledge and understanding of meat and where it comes from.
What are you doing now?
I am still at high school with 1 year left, but currently working at The Tower of London.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
In 5 years, aged 20, I would like to think that I could be a Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant. I believe I am capable of that.
