They have continued to grow and expand their travel company which now sees great Chefs and consultants with lots of personality join their team.

Hotelplan now provide more services to their customers such as more hands on ski reps as well as broader choices when it comes to holiday destinations such as Austria, Switzerland and the USA.

Potential Roles at Hotelplan Group

With the summer season in full swing Hotelplan are currently recruiting for their Winter Season.

  • Commis Chef

As Commis Chef you will assist the Hotel Head Chef, with all aspects of operating the hotel kitchen, ensuring that the standards and quality of catering are maintained and operate within the set budgets.

  • Kitchen Assistant

As Hotel Kitchen Assistant you will assist the Hotel Head Chef with all aspects of operating the hotel kitchen, ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and quality of catering are maintained. In addition, you will be responsible for the running of reception during the night and food preparation/ cleaning duties as instructed by the management.
