All of our positions provide excellent progression opportunities within the Collection, a company providing the perfect opportunity to those who are looking for an exciting career and job security within the Hotel industry.
We offer operational placements to motivated and passionate students, looking to gain experience in Food and Beverage and Front Office. We treat our placements like every individual in the RCH family, offering outstanding training and rewards for success.
We offer two management programmes. The first which is a 2½-year programme is open to ambitious graduates, with at least 6 months work experience in hospitality looking to become our General Managers of the future. Our second management programme is open to those without formal qualifications, to people who can demonstrate the passion and desire to succeed in our industry.
