We are a world class restaurants and arts company. We run 4 successful unique and beautiful London restaurants serving Michelin-standard food and drinks, without the fuss. We run an art gallery, music company, food products company and support a wide range of charities. We work and live by our values. Our mission is to enrich people’s lives with excellence in Peruvian food, drinks, music and the arts. We run a wide variety of popular digital platforms including our own popular You Tube Channel; ‘Martin’s Peruvian Kitchen, and have released an award winning cookbook. We pride ourselves in being pioneers. This goes back to 5 years ago when our founder, the British-Peruvian Martin Morales, decided to leave a career in music and media having worked with Steve Jobs as Head of iTunes Pan EU and as Head of Disney Music EMEA, to become a restauranteur. He created supper clubs at his home, then pop up restaurants before deciding to risk all he had, selling his home to fund the opening of Ceviche Soho in 2012. Ceviche Soho is the ground-breaking restaurant championing coastal Peruvian food and is a resounding success; last month it was voted the sixth Best London Restaurant by Time Out beating 17,000 others.
In 2013 we opened Andina in Shoreditch introducing the UK to food, ingredients and culture from the Andes. It became a chef’s favourite and was soon Michelin-Guide listed. Following Andina we opened Ceviche Old St restoring the legendary Alexandra Trust Dining Rooms and blending elements of Victorian London and Colonial Era Lima. It focuses on the cuisine of all four corners of Peru, as well as an art gallery featuring 50 of Peru’s top contemporary artists. Ceviche Old St won Best New Venue at this year’s Retailer’s Retailers Award.
This summer we opened Casita Andina in the heart of London’s West End, paying tribute to the gastronomy of the Andean city of Cusco and the ancient Andean textile traditions. Casita Andina is already a firm favourite having received 4 stars by every critic so far.
Having fun is a fundamental part of the Ceviche family and we create exciting competitions to facilitate this. Our cocktail competition is a dynamic event where our bartenders show off their amazing skills and have the opportunity to get their creation on our menu. Our chefs utilise all their talent and ingenuity in our chef competitions, culminating in a nail biting final. A key event in our calendar is the annual football tournament, bringing the four restaurants together to compete for the title of champion. Finally, our annual Valuable Awards recognise those individuals that have shown a commitment to our values and to the family.
We have a clear growth plan which goes hand in hand with our Family Members Development Plans. We are an innovative, engaging and exciting company that values everyone’s input. We create an environment that encourages growth both personally and professionally, and we value and respect each person’s aspirations and wellbeing.

Potential Roles at EMPLOYER NAME
We have won numerous awards not just for our food, but our design and sustainability. Andina, Ceviche Soho and Ceviche Old St are all Michelin listed and Ceviche Soho was listed by TimeOut in the top six restaurants in London. Ceviche Old St won the Retailer’s Retailer award for Best new venue and our cook book is a Sunday Times Best Seller.
We are focused on supporting hospitality industry charities, local charities and Peruvian charities.
This year we held Action Against Hunger’s biggest annual event; Too Many Critics raising over £40,000 in one night. Held at our restaurant Ceviche Old St this prestigious event featured some of the country’s top restaurant critics experiencing life on the other side of the pass preparing dishes featuring Peruvian ingredients.
Locally we work with Inspire! Education Business Partnership showing children how restaurants operate and how their studies fit into a workplace. We work with local schools providing cookery workshops for primary school children. We also work with the House of St Barnabas to provide a career and route out of homelessness as well as Switchback and Working Chance who give us the opportunity to employ ex-offenders that are working to turn their lives around.
Alongside supporting other Peruvian charities, our focus is on supporting Amantani, a charity supporting education and care for indigenous children in Peru. Our founder, Martin Morales is a Trustee of Amantani and works tirelessly to raise awareness and funds as he too is an indigenous Peruvian. As well as donating £1 from every sale of a certain dish on each of our restaurants’ menus and from each of our cookbooks sold, we co-produce events. This September we created an edible cinema experience for 900 people showcasing films created by indigenous children, which raised over £55,000. As well as financial support, we work to raise awareness through every activity we do.
