Delaware North seeks Chef de Partie for exciting apprenticeship opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a budding chef de partie for some of London's most notable stadia, including Wembley and Olympic Park!

Some of London's stadia are managed by Delaware North Companies. They are a global leader in hospitality and food service, operating in some cool places and playing a major role in some of the top "I was there" events on the world stage. Locations for this apprenticeship are:

  • Wembley Stadium
  • West Ham (Olympic Park Stadium)
  • Arsenal (Emirates Stadium)
  • Heathrow Airport

You will be cooking in a fine dining restaurant serving high end customers. Menus range from French dishes to contemporary menus.

Duties include:

  • Set and close the kitchen
  • Prepare, cook and finish dishes from the menus available and within your speciality
  • Oversee a section of the kitchen, pastry, sauces, fish, meats and so on
  • Support the chef in developing menus
  • Working with the team to apply a high level of food and health safety
  • Maintaining portion control
  • Working as part of a team to deliver fine dining experience for customers
