Newby Bridge Hotel is a 3-star hotel with leisure facilities overlooking the southern tip of Lake Windermere at Newby Bridge.
Working 45 hours per week over five days, this is a demanding role at a busy reception desk with responsibility for the day to day running of the hotel's main reception area. Duties include checking guests in and out using our in-house system, answering the switchboard, taking messages, sales ledger, daily banking procedures and reservations.
Excellent customer service skills are key for this position and previous hotel reception experience is essential. The right candidate for the job will be an ambitious individual who works well under pressure and can work as part of a team. The person to suit must have good all round experience of hotels and hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy hotel.
