- Hub Reception Team Member - looking after our guests from the reception side, the first person the guest see's when entering the hotel, and the last person to see the guests when they leave. Checking guests in and out, dealing with queries, helping with luggage. Customer service experts with a great smile and infectious personality to ensure our guests come back time and time again.
- Hub Deli Team Member - serving food and drink to our guests throughout the day, shifts will be across breakfast, dinner and the bar. Great personalities and people who genuinely care about service and quality of food and drink, are what we are looking for.
- Hub Housekeeping Team Member - ensuring our rooms are spotlessly clean, efficient, organised and eye for detail. Housekeeping team members must be able to work under pressure and also alone.
- Hub Nights Reception Team Member - responsible, focussed, mature and logical individuals who are happy working during the night, ensuring our guests are safe. We can have up to 700 guests in the hotel on a night, so safety and security is paramount. Accountable for money handling, fire safety walk rounds, late check ins, late bar.
