Apprenticeship: Stonegate Hospitality Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship

I have completed Evolution Level 3 (hospitality supervisor) with a distinction, and I am now enrolled onto Hospitality Manager Level 4 placement. I have been able to achieve so much more at work and I have learnt so many new skills such as leading a team, mitigating risk and how we fit into the wider business. It really has changed my life and opened up a lot more opportunities for me. There wasn’t much progression for chef’s then, but now that there is so much more it’s amazing!
