The Level 5 Apprenticeship is a great program involving a wide range of topics such as coaching, finance and marketing to name a few. What I have personally enjoyed about completing an apprenticeship is the ability to relate the learning into my working week to better enhance and impact my job role. It is great being able to learn on the job and have a positive impact on my role within the business. It was nerve wracking moving back into formalised learning after 12 years, but the support received is second to none, whether this is during our arranged sessions or at the end of the phone to clarify expectations.

Monthly sessions are carried out where project work is discussed along with future work set based around the learning material from Remits interactive online portal. The learning material is really varied which I love, whether this is reading, podcasts, videos and activities to help understand the topics. The apprenticeship has not only helped me in my role within the business but also in my personal life.

My key piece of advice is just do it! Don’t let any preconceptions hold you back as you absolutely can.
