Diageo Learning for Life Hospitality Elevator is aimed at people currently employed in bartending roles, but are not in full-time contracts, and are looking to increase their hours, responsibility and/or skills. The course is completely free to take part in and comprises of four one-day modules held over a three month period.

WHAT’S INVOLVED:

Four one-day modules (spread over three months)

• BIIAB Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (Scotland)/BIIAB level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (England and Wales)
• WorldHost: Principles of Customer Service or BIIAB Customer Service Excellence
• Cocktail training
• Diageo Bar Academy: Spirits & Beer training
