Introduction

This Teacher’s resource area has been created to support and enrich careers lessons designed for 11-16 year olds.  With two lesson plans, one focussing on careers advice and guidance for young people looking to apply for work within the industry, and another that explores the opportunities that are available within the industry, it is your one stop shop to educate and inform students.

Who is it for?

• 11-16 year olds interested in the Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism industry.
• Those whom want to go into employment, including apprenticeships and higher and degree apprenticeships within Scotland
• Those that need support with progression options and those who are undecided about their future career and study options.
